Our mission is to educate and empower African people,
living in the United States and in their native countries, to lead productive and satisfying lives, building strong communities.
REAL is committed to African people, both in Africa and in the U.S.A. Initial efforts focus on the education of girls of the Oromo people in Ethiopia. Orientation and training programs for immigrants as well as activities that build cross-cultural community are among the activities of Resources for the Enrichment of African Lives.
