Indulge in a delectable array of injera, a spongy sourdough flatbread, served alongside rich stews like Sega Wat (Spicy Ethiopian beef stew) and Eraa Diba (Tsehai's unique twist). Vegetarians will be delighted with options like Misir Qat (red lentil stew) and Atkilt Alicha (cabbage and potato dish). Non-alcoholic honey wine, Birzli, will be served.
