Prepared with love and expertise by none other than Tsehai Wodajo, the REAL Founder and Executive Director, the menu was an ode to the heart and soul of Ethiopia. Together, we savored the delectable Misir Wat, Sega Wat, Atkit Alicha, Eraa Diba, Injera, and Birzii, each dish embodying the essence of Ethiopian culture.
