A Successful Mentor Workshop

Executive Director Tsehai Wodajo and In-Country Manager Seble Habtamu recently held a virtual workshop for REAL mentors to provide additional support. In addition to hearing reports from the mentors and discussing how best to support the girls in these challenging times, they explored ways to create a network of REAL girls at the various colleges and universities that girls who have graduated from REAL now attend. Girls from different sites who attend the same university are put in contact with each other, to offer support and also to remind them they are part of a powerful organization beyond their own community.
